Ahhh I’m a sucker for consistently good street tacos and Roasted Chiles in Kihei, Maui, has never let me down!!
The chips and salsa at Roasted Chiles is delicious – homemade chips with the perfect crisp and salt. The salsa is like a juicy Pico de gallo style and it always tastes good to me. Though admittedly, I have not had the opportunity yet to try a huge range of salsas from many places in the world. However, this salsa always tastes fresh and is the perfect starter to your meal here.
I’ve had lunch and dinner here about a dozen times. Sometimes it’s a bit more crowded, sometimes it’s pretty chill and quiet. They have indoor and outdoor seating, plus a bar area.
