Amigo’s Mexican restaurant on Maui has three locations, so you can pop in anytime, since it’s so convenient. They have a Kihei spot, Kahului location, and a west Maui location between Ka’anapali and Kapalua.
Amigo’s is known for consistently good Mexican food — comfort food, I’d call it. I haven’t eaten here many times but the food is fresh and tasty and service was good last time I visited the Kahului location. I ordered a shrimp taco and a grilled chicken taco and both were yummy, no complaints.
