I’ve eaten at Fuego Argentinian Steak House on Maui about a dozen times. They have excellent steaks. My favorite dishes are the lamb chops, the ribeye, and the Asian short rib with broccoli and rice. The ambiance outside is amazing, though it can get loud when they’re tables are all full. The tables closest to the mountain view are romantic and nice when the skies are clear overhead. The desserts are yummy and they have a wine list plus cocktails and beer.
This Maui restaurant’s sunset views are pretty lovely featuring Iao Valley and the West Maui mountains.
